The City Government of Tagbilaran, through the Tagbilaran City Council for Culture and the Arts (TCCCA), will have the National Arts Month (NAM) Culmination Program on February 28 at the Island City Mall. Witness the Balak Competition, along with the various art forms such as body painting and upcycled bags. Fashionable accessories and clothing will also be showcased coming from the renowned fashionistas in Tagbilaran City — international designer Shanon Pamaong and Acessories Guru Christine Virtucio. City Mayor Jane Yap and Vice-Mayor Adam Jala will also join the celebration, sharing their vision for the arts and culture. See you there!
