City Mayor John Geesnell “BABA” Yap and Tagbilaran City First Lady Jane Yap graced the blessing of the Tagbilaran City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) and the vehicle response fleet. The building accommodates the different divisions, as well as living quarters for the medical and search rescue and retrieval responders, and is capable of housing the CDRRM personnel for days at a time whenever the need arises.
