City Mayor John Geesnell “BABA” Yap led the wreath-laying and floral dedication for the 457th Blood Compact Anniversary, along with First Lady Jane Yap, City Vice-Mayor Jose Antonio Veloso, Most Reverend Bishop Abet Uy, Cong. Edgar Chatto, and Vice-Governor Rene Relampagos. Then a program in the afternoon followed which featured a moving performance from Lungsoranon Performing Arts Ensemble (LUPAE) who reenacted the Blood Compact and Saulog Jingle.
