In partnership with the World Outreach Foundation in Kansas City, the City Government of Tagbilaran will offer FREE circumcision to all Tagbilaranons 6 years old and above on April 19 and 20, 2022 at the Saulog Gymnasium in the City Hall Compound. Children who will undergo circumcision should be partially or fully vaccinated.

The City Health Office (CHO) requires every patient to bring the vaccination card for authentication purposes, as well as the parents or guardians accompanying the child. The CHO strictly enjoins everybody to observe the health and safety protocols like the wearing of masks, washing of hands, and physical distancing.
