City Vice-Mayor Atty. Adam Relson Jala graced the first-ever conference of civil society organizations in Tagbilaran. Held at the Panda Tea Garden Suites, the event primarily discussed the accreditation methods needed in order to be recognized by the City Government. Through the technical assistance by the USAID-CHANGE Project, the City Government aims to promote democracy, transparency, and accountability through the inclusion of the CSOs in local governance’s processes and decision-making.
