In line with City Mayor Jane Yap’s advocacy on digitalization, the Human Resources and Management Office (HRMO) launched the HRIS, the Human Resource Information System. An online platform that allows the City Government employees to file their leaves online. Each user is also given access to check pay slips and daily time record. The software is capable of gathering, storing and managing data about the employees. Through this platform, human resources planning is made efficient and systematic.
