SPARK Philippines has once again partnered with the City Government of Tagbilaran. After the success of the upcycled designer bags from used tarpaulins. Tagbilaran City will embark on another project dubbed as the Plastic Bag tote. This upcycled bag is made from plastic bags collected from the garbage site in Tagbilaran City. This upcycled bag project is another collaboration with Zarah Juan, the City Government of Tagbilaran led by City Mayor Jane Yap, and Spark Philippines.
