Mascots flocked the City Hall Atrium to join the culmination activities of the National Children’s Month. City Mayor Jane Yap, Chief of Staff Baba Yap, City Social Welfare and Development Lucille Clarin also joined the day care pupils from the City’s 15 barangays in the festivities.
