The City Government of Tagbilaran through the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) presented its road network plan to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the Provincial Government. The plan outlined the road / trail access which the city currently has, and the future road projects that will be executed. CPDO’s Engr. Estella Margate and Acting City Administrator Cathelyn Torremocha presided over the meeting.
