The Pageant Season is on! Lovely candidates from the City’s 15 barangays attended the orientation and briefing along with its official glam team for this year’s Mutya sa Tagbilaran. Dr. Chris John Rener Torralba from the General Services Office and Joseph Alexis Cadelina from the City Events, Culture, and Arts Office spearheaded the event.
