For the successful Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony in the City Tourism Information Center on January 26, 2023. Pilipinas Shell President and CEO Lorelei Quiambao Osial personally attended the event, along with women influencers, Designer Zarah Juan, SPARK Philippines Executive Director Maica Teves, Chocolate Queen Dalareich Polot, and of course, youngest City Mayor of Tagbilaran, Mayor Jane Yap.

The project promotes the protection of the environment by upcycling used tarpaulins into elegant tote bags. The initiative also has a financial component as it gave cash assistance to aspiring entrepreneur groups in the City. Tagbilaran City officials and heads also graced the event.
