30 women graduated from the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs on January 27, 2023. Fifteen of these women came from the City of Tagbilaran while the other half are from the Municipality of Balilihan. City Mayor Jane Yap, Balilihan Mayor Pureza Veloso Chatto, Fashion Designer Zarah Juan, and SPARK Philippines Executive Director Maica Teves graced the graduation ceremonies.

Three women were awarded with cash prizes for their pitches while the rest of the participants were given financial assistance to jumpstart their business plans.
