Mayor Jane Yap leads the Women’s Month celebration

What better way to honor women this March than to hear the first ever woman mayor of Tagbilaran City, LCE Jane Yap, encouraging fellow women to celebrate themselves. Mayor Jane Yap deviated from the usual rhetorics and opted to let all the women participants reflect on their own achievements. “You hurdled a lot of difficulties, from making sure that your children were safe during the pandemic to nurturing their daily needs. You have been the most hardworking individual, taking no day-off and being available for your family 24/7. I congratulate and thank all of you for being the resilient wife, mother, lola, auntie, stepmom, and sister — staying strong and positive amidst the hardest of times.”
