Tagbilaran City’s 15th Sangguniang Panlungsod awarded as Best Performing Legislative Council

The 15th Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) under the leadership of Vice-Mayor Atty. Adam Relson Jala was awarded second place for the best-performing legislative council in the component cities category throughout the Central Visayas.

The Regional Awards Committee assessed the compliance and performance of the City SP based on the following criteria: responsiveness of the legislative agenda, availability of legislative documents, effectiveness of performance of the Sanggunian, efficiency of performance of the Sanggunian, legislative citations and awards, and capacity development for legislators and staff.
