City Mayor John Geesnell “BABA” Yap led the ceremonial turn-over of the Special Education Fund (SEF) projects — new flooring and powerhouse to the Tagbilaran City Science High School. Both structures were funded by the Special Education Fund (SEF). Mayor Yap said that the walkway is expected to be completed under Mayor Jane Yap’s term. To date, two SEF funded projects are still in the pipeline, the perimeter fence in Manga Elementary School and the repair of the Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School (DCPNHS) Gymnasium.
